Good to know
- Ignore whitespace treats lines that differ only in spaces or indentation as the same. Useful after reformatting code.
- Comparing JSON or SQL? Run both sides through the JSON Beautifier or SQL Formatter first, so formatting doesn't drown out the real changes.
- The .diff file is in unified format, so git apply and patch can read it.
